Office Hours

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.  The office takes lunch from 12pm to 1pm. Our phones are answered from 7:45am to 4:30pm, and 7:45am-11am on Saturdays fr sick visit only.  Appointments may also be made on Saturday mornings at the discretion of the providers.  Our after-hours answering service takes calls from 4:30pm to 7:45am Monday through Friday and all weekend. For emergencies, please call 911.

Phone Hours

For routine calls, please call during regular office hours. Our nurses will address calls when time permits between patients. The providers review their notes daily. If you would prefer to speak with the provider, please ask. We do not use e-mail to communicate with patients. We prefer to either speak with you in person at an appointment or via telephone.

Our after-hours calls are answered through Med-LINK. The number is 323-5465 (323-LINK).
The answering service will transfer you to the Seton Call Center or the physician on call. The Seton Call Center is a group of registered nurses that take our after-hours phone calls. The nurses ask you detailed questions following standardized triage protocol. This is the same protocol utilized by our office nurses. If the nurse determines that your child should be seen in the E.R., the doctor on call will be paged. There is a $15 charge per call for using the Seton Call Center services.

If you would rather speak with the physician on call, please ask the Medlink answering
service to page the doctor instead of the call center. There is a $25 charge for speaking
with the doctor.

Insurance companies do not cover for after hour calls (they often offer a free nurseline which are very good). Since this is not a covered service, you will be billed for the call. We do not want cost to keep you from calling after hours. If you can not afford the charge, please write on the bill that you cannot afford this charge.

We share call with two other Board-Certified pediatricians: Dr. Kelly Thorstad and Dr. Courtney Dudley.

Holiday Hours

Holiday Office Hours: Both offices will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. Both offices will be closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
