In addition, NPs must be certified by a national board.Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (PNP) have been working to provide quality healthcare to children with pediatricians and other healthcare providers for over thirty years.
PNPs serve as primary healthcare providers for well and ill children of all ages. PNPs offer a variety of services including: providing health maintenance care for children (well child examinations), perform developmental screenings, diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses, provide anticipatory guidance regarding common child health concerns, and perform school physicals.
Erin is certified by the National Certification Board of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and Nurses. She is a Fellow of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, and has been working with Dr. Ellis since 2001.
